This auction will be the second auction for the James ” Gene” Lake Estate outside of Rio, IL. James was an avid tinkerer, builder and all around car guy and this auction will be filled with items of that nature. This will be a large, ONLINE ONLY auction being held on our bidding platform of HiBid.com. This auction will take place on Wednesday June 4th, 2025 starting at 6:00pm. The pick up for this sale will be the following day, Thursday June 5th, 12:00pm – 5:00pm. No early loading: if you can not make it during these times, please do not bid. Pick up for this sale will be tight quarters for some items. Buyer’s will have to get in line and be served in that order. Numerous items will not have any waiting time. Please take note of these terms!! Also note, entire area is under surveillance. The local authorities will be notified electronically for trespassers. There will be an open house on Memorial Day, Monday May 26th from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Actual address will be given closer to sale date.
