Jeff & Marci Patterson Personal Property – ONLINE ONLY

This auction will be held for the remaining contents of MJ’s Bar & Grill in Carthage, IL. The property has sold and the personal property needs to be dispersed. This will be a ONLINE ONLY auction held on our online bidding platform of HiBid.com. This auction will take place on February 15th, 2024 at 6:00pm. Pick up and payment for this sale will need to be made the following day of Feb. 16th, 2024.  ALL payments will need to be made that day, or arrangements will need to be made for payment. No shipping on this sale. All items with the exception of the two walk in coolers and the storage shed outside will need removed on pick up day- NO exceptions. Both coolers will be unhooked and ready to be removed by Feb. 15th.  Arrangements will need to be made after purchase to remove those items. The two coolers will NOT be available for moving on the pick up day.

Complete catalog will be completed by Feb. 1st, 2024.
