THIS SALE will be held as a LIVE AUCTION auction. People have asked numerous times, and we are glad to be able to offer a LIVE auction

John Deere X475 Lawn Mower, 1240 hours.

This WILL BE a 2, possibly 3 ring auction. 85% of this sale will be INDOORS. The forecast is calling for rain, so we have moved things around to hold as much of this sale indoors as possible. There will be a line of items being sold outdoors, and we will sell that in between the rain if possible.

This will be the last installment of the Dave Runkle Collection as well as the Kay and Jack Perry Estate. This sale will include a variety of quality items as their sales have before. This LIVE auction will contain a very large variety of items across the board. There will be several other small estates included in this auction. This will be a SATURDAY auction – April 23th, starting at 9:00am with two rings running all day. Open house for this sale will be held on April 22nd, 2022 from 12:00 noon to 5:30pm only. Make plans to attend during these times. Pictures will be posted almost daily up to sale day!!!
