PICK UP TIMES: JULY 2nd 9:00am-6:00pm and JULY 3rd 9:00am-6:00pm. All items must be picked up from the Kyle Kelso Auctioneer auction facility at 17055 East 1825th Street, Bushnell, IL 61422. If items are not picked up in this time frame, the card that you have on file will be charged. We are NOT responsible for your items after the pick up dates; missing, broken or other. If you do not pick up your items or contact the auction company during the times given, your items will be forfeited and your card will still be charged. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. You’re responsible for the inspection of these items. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items or has chosen to not physically examine these items and agrees to pay the bid price. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 10% buyers premium charged on all items unless noted otherwise. We except cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment. We DO not charge your card unless you have been notified or the pick up times have NOT been met by the successful bidder. All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction surcharge.
