This will be an online only auction for the estate of Scott Scheetz. This sale will take place at 6:00pm on Oct. 26th, 2022 and conducted on our 3rd party bidding site, HiBid.com. A complete catalog will be posted no later than Oct. 17th. Pick up for this sale will be located on site at 1430 E CR 1800, Hamilton, IL on Oct 27th, 2022. Times for pick up will be 12:00 noon to 5:30pm. There will NOT be an alternative pick up date – PLEASE READ; due to the nature of the real estate changing hands, this will be the ONLY day for pick up. If you can not make it that day, please do not bid. Items to be included on this sale will be a John Deere 2210 lawn tractor w/ 786 hours; John Deere 200CX loader; 2004 GMC Canyon pick up; large construction dirt roller; a very nice-quality line of tools as well as a clean line of household furniture.
