The Koehler family has ran a Hancock County institute for over 80 years. Koehler Implement originally started in Sutter, Illinois in 1940, then moved to Highway 96 just outside of Sutter, and now resides in Carthage, Illinois. The remaining items from the original and second location will be sold as part of The Estate of Don Koehler. this sale will take place on July 22, 2023 at 9:00am. This will be a LIVE auction with remote online bidding available on some items. Online bidding will be made available through ProxiBid.com. After the auction has been completed at the Highway 96 location, 15 minutes after we will be in Sutter selling at the original location.

OPEN HOUSE : FRIDAY JULY 21st, 2023 – 11:00am to 4:00pm

Large items are set out, but please do not go after 6:00pm. Location is monitored.

We will be adding over 60 pictures this week as we pull items out for the auction set up. Also, a parts list has been added in the pictures below. Part number and name with bin location. There are 1000s of parts and buyers will have time to go through them during the auction, as well as the open house.

This sale will include several pieces of machinery; dealership signs & promotional items; large vice; Blacksmithing cone; Peter Wright anvil; implement manuals & parts lists; 1970s-80s NOS implement parts; 1960s Case Tractor Parts; original Case Tractors sign from the original Sutter dealership; vintage snowmobiles; riding lawnmowers and various items too numerous to mention at this time.

Make plans to attend this LIVE auction now. Bring your trailers!! Any and all items that will need loaded will need to be picked up the DAY OF THE SALE. Loader will be on hand that day until 6pm if needed. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for pick up and loading. Buyers will have 2 weeks to get their items removed from the property. NOTE pick up window for semi trailer on catalog.

NO ONLINE PAYMENT OR PICK UP DURING THE AUCTION. This will be a short sale, over by roughly 1:00pm. Online buyers will not be able to pay until after the sale has been completed online.
