Firearm Terms & Eligibility

All local, state, and federal firearm laws apply. All purchasers must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms.

All firearms will be transferred through TAC Shack in Monmouth, Illinois. TAC Shack will maintain possession of all firearms prior to the auction and will handle all required FFL paperwork, background checks, and firearm transfers in accordance with federal and Illinois law.

Firearms will be available for viewing on auction day prior to the start of the auction. No pre-auction inspections or early viewing appointments will be permitted. All firearms will remain in the possession of TAC Shack until they have been legally transferred to the successful purchaser.
