This online only auction will include a large amount of stainless steel restaurant equipment as well as a large amount of banquet facility supplies, sound & lighting equipment. This auction will soft close Friday January 6th starting at 6pm. Pickup for this auction will be on Saturday January 7th 12:00pm – 5:30pm at 316 SW Washington st. Peoria IL. Please read our terms before bidding on this auction.
The majority of these items are located on the 3rd floor of this event center. Some are located on the first floor and basement. There IS a freight elevator and loading dock that ALL buyers will have access to. Please refrain from pulling in the alley until you have paid for your items and you have retrieved your items. Once items are ready for loading, loading dock access can be obtained. There is minimal parking in the alley, so we ask that you please refrain from parking there until you are 100% ready to load. If vehicles are parked in the loading area, you will be asked to move. Entry to the building for payment will be located in the front of the facility, and that is the entrance that you will need to use. NO entry will be obtained through the back of the building without a PAID invoice. All large equipment will be unhooked and ready for load out. If you need any dollies, tools or help to retrieve these items, the buyer is 100% responsible for bring them.
