Charles Ogle was a life long farmer just outside of Avon, Ilinois, was a pioneer in field drainage in this area and a avid Oliver Tractor guy. His house is up for sale and all personal property will be sold on this Online Only auction.

The pick up dates for this sale will be July 6th & 7th. Pick up times will be 12:00 noon to 5:30pm. This will be a very large sale and the pick up location is somewhat tight, so we are having two days for pick up. NOTE: We recommend and ask that all bulk buyer’s (10+ items) come after 3:00pm for an easier and quicker pick up. You will need to pull in and park, before you can pull up for loading, please make a note of this. Numerous items require “the buyer” to bring all help for loading. All boxes, tubs and packing are to be brought buy the buyer.
This auction will be held for The Keith Thomas Estate, located outside of Plymouth, IL. This auction will take place on June 18th, 2022 at 10:00am. This sale will be held LIVE(in person) w/ the option of ONLINE bidding as well through EquipmentFacts.com. Auction will be held on the farm at 2321 Nth 50th Rd (Turn east off the corner of 61 on to N 50th road, will be the 3rd farm on the right hand side). This sale will include roughly 25 pieces of farm equipment and be over by 12:00 noon. Make plans now to attend this sale, either LIVE or ONLINE!!
There will be loadout AFTER the sale has completed until roughly 3:00pm. Due to the limited space, we will not load anything out until after the sale is completed. We are currently unpacking and setting this sale up to be cataloged. As we come across more items and get them set up, we will post numerous pictures. The complete catalog will be posted NO LATER than 10 days prior to the auction date of Feb 23th. Actual auction will be held at the Kyle Kelso Auction facility, just outside of Bushnell, IL. Pick up for this sale will be on Thursday, the 24th of February from 12:00 Noon to 6:00pm. Double check and make sure you read all terms and conditions prior to bidding.
