This will be the 2nd of 2 LIVE auctions held for the estate of Bill & Lois Maloney.  As many of you know, Bill & Lois owned several properties across the county with many of the barns, sheds and out buildings being packed full of stuff that Bill & Lois picked up over a 60 year period. This sale is primarily items of that nature….Farm Fresh.

 

This sale will include a general line a antiques and primitives, as well and numerous farm primitives and early farming items. Expect to see a fair amount of old farm tools as well on this auction, paper items, stoneware and various items too numerous to mention. We will add pictures of some items in the coming days, but the majority added after the Sept. 14th LIVE auction.  The majority of these items are packed away and it’s hard to tell what we will dig out of these places once we get in there.  Make plans now to attend BOTH of these amazing sales for The Estate of Bill & Lois Maloney.

Arlan & Bobbie Fox were dealers and collectors for over 50 years. They attended shows and auctions across the Midwest. If there was a good sale within 250 miles of Oquawka, IL, they were probably at it. Arlan was an absolute wealth of knowledge when it came to advertising and vintage toys, and Bobbie didn’t know a stranger. They will be missed in the antique and auction community.
